Why the change? The transition to Daiva RV Resorts is a family-guided decision to create a recognizable brand reflecting our growth and evolution. This rebrand unifies our identity while staying true to our purpose: creating spaces in nature where people can reconnect with what truly matters.
The Name:Daiva means “fate” or “destiny,” and reflects the belief that some paths are guided by forces greater than what we can see — shaped by purpose, intention, and connection. It honours our family’s journey — one that began over 30 years ago with our first RV park, living on-site, working together, and building lasting relationships with the families we welcomed.

The Daiva Trailer Rent Back Program is in development and will be designed to help participating owners responsibly generate short-term rental income while maintaining resort culture, safety, and long-term community stability.
This is not an open Airbnb-style program. It is a managed, application-based rental partnership, operated directly by Daiva RV Resorts, as a shared income contract between the RV/Park Model owner and Daiva RV Resorts.
The goal is simple: Enable owners to offset seasonal costs while maintaining the integrity, safety, and experience of our resorts.
Who Can Participate
Unit Type: Both travel trailers and park model trailers are able to participate
Ownership: Trailer owners of a seasonal or extended-seasonal unit on a site at one of our Daiva RV Resorts
Good Standing: Seasonal campers holding a License of Occupation with an account in good standing, including no outstanding balances at one of our Daiva RV Resorts
Age of Unit: Units 5 years or newer.
We are working through the program specifics and when we launch, you will be the first to know!

We have been working to develop a loyalty program structured as a membership to put all of the benefits of being a seasonal guest in one place.
With our developing Preferred Vendors List and 18 RV Resorts across Ontario, we want to continue to add value through connecting everyone and creating perks to travel and use our other Resorts and Vendors that we know and trust.
We are hoping for this to be launched for the 2026 season, but will keep you posted!

Log in to our CampSpot booking system to sign your digital booking agreement. You would have been sent the link with your Reservation Confirmation Email.

A License of Occupation grants the right to occupy the site under certain conditions.
It is essentially a permission slip with rules — you can use the site as long as you follow the terms, but it does not give tenant rights or ownership over the land.
This must be filled in and signed.

Our properties are “use at your own risk,” and this document clarifies those specifics. The waiver is provided to us by Camping in Ontario and assists in clarifying that camping and campground use has risks; guests accept those risks by staying on the property.
It is required that this is filled in and signed.

Obtain valid and adequate fire and property damage with respect to the Camper’s property on the site, and public liability insurance in an amount of no less than $1 Million dollars.

Depending on the property, Golf Cart or ATV use is allowed. Based on the terms and conditions, these additional agreements ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

These documents are how we collect all the important details—like your contact information, vehicle specifics, and insurance—that aren't part of the standard CampSpot process. This helps us ensure everything is perfect for your upcoming stay.
Once your documents are complete, please send them to your specific campground for documentation (see all contact information below).
IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD THAT:
By choosing to enter and enjoy any of our Daiva RV Resort properties, you’re automatically accepting our Terms and Conditions and agreeing to follow all property rules. This agreement is in effect regardless of a signed document; use of the property implies acceptance of these terms.

Propane Inspection is required to be obtained from an RV Tech to ensure that the propane system is safe and ready to change hands.
