License of Occupation & Liability Waiver
A License of Occupation grants the right to occupy the site under certain conditions.
It is essentially a permission slip with rules — you can use the site as long as you follow the terms, but it does not give tenant rights or ownership over the land.

Note: Only the Primary Site holder signs; must also be the trailer owner and on trailer insurance.
If you have to sell your trailer… it may be bittersweet, but we want to make it as smooth of a process as possible.

Liability Waiver
Our properties are “use at your own risk,” and this document clarifies those specifics. The waiver is provided to us by Camping in Ontario and assists in clarifying that camping and campground use has risks; guests accept those risks by staying on the property.
This form is required to be filled in and signed by all guests. Included with License of Occupation link for only the Primary Site holder.

Additional Agreements
Depending on the property, Golf Carts or Off-Road Vehicle use is allowed with respect to the terms and conditions. These additional agreements ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Family & Friends Discounts
For family and friends of our seasonal campers, we provide discounts (that must go through our managers) and cannot be used online. This is so that we can confirm who the family/friend is and make note of it.
NOTE: Any of these Family & Friends discounts must go through management and can not be booked directly online.
