We Evolved: Roots RV Resorts is now Daiva RV Resorts
The transition to Daiva RV Resorts is a family-guided decision to create a recognizable brand reflecting our growth and evolution.
This rebrand unifies our identity while staying true to our purpose: creating spaces in nature where people can reconnect with what truly matters.
-
Daiva means “fate” or “destiny,” and reflects the belief that some paths are guided by forces greater than what we can see — shaped by purpose, intention, and connection. It honours our family’s journey — one that began over 30 years ago with our first RV park, living on-site, working together, and building lasting relationships with the families we welcomed.
-
Daiva RV Resorts marks the next chapter in the evolution of Roots RV Resorts, a proudly family-owned and operated Ontario company with over 30 years of experience creating welcoming, nature-focused RV destinations. Over 30 years ago, the family behind Daiva purchased their first trailer park, living and working on-site. In many ways, it set the foundation and destiny for what was to come. Growing and evolving together alongside the families they served, they have built the company that Daiva is today.
This rebrand represents a natural progression for our business — honouring our long-standing values of family, community, and connection with nature, while positioning our brand for future growth, modern recognition, and consistency across all resort locations.
The name Daiva was chosen for its simple, uplifting, and memorable sound, symbolizing our commitment to creating unforgettable experiences, feel-good vacations, and the joy of connecting with the outdoors.
As part of this rebrand, Daiva RV Resorts becomes an integral part of our larger parent company, Daiva Management, which encompasses our full portfolio, including development properties, residential communities, short-term rental properties, future retreats, and more.
Under the Daiva name, our RV Resorts will continue to deliver the trusted, Ontario-based family hospitality that guests have come to know and love through Roots RV Resorts — now presented under a fresh, unified brand designed for long-term growth, recognition, and a seamless guest experience.

Partial-service sites
Pull-through or back-in options

All of our resorts are have Seasonal Sites, whether that be our 6-month, 9-month or 11-month season. Those that are 9-month or 11/11.5-month are classified as Extended Seasonal Sites. Depending on the specific property itself, we have varying ranges of Short-Term/Transient overnight Campsites as well. As we try to accommodate our guests as much as possible, we do offer transient camping on open seasonal-sites, where available.
-
A seasonal site at Daiva RV Resorts is a dedicated campsite that becomes your “home base” for the entire camping season.
Instead of booking individual weekends or short stays, a seasonal site allows you to place your RV or trailer on one site for the full season and enjoy access to the resort whenever you like during that time. You can come and go as you please, leave your RV set up on-site, and truly settle in — decorate your site, get to know your neighbours, and become part of the Daiva community.
Seasonal sites are ideal for guests who want a more relaxed, convenient way to enjoy resort life without the hassle of repeated bookings, towing, and setup. You get consistency, comfort, and the feeling of having a second home — all while enjoying Daiva’s amenities, events, and natural surroundings throughout the season.
It’s the perfect option for guests who love the lifestyle and want to make Daiva RV Resorts their seasonal getaway.
