This is the full agreement between Daiva RV Resorts and yourself in the consignment sale of your RV/Park Model.

Third: Propane Inspection
A propane inspection is required to be obtained from an RV Tech to ensure that the propane system is safe and ready to change hands.
In the event you cannot obtain a Propane Inspection for one reason or another, the Buyer will have to sign off in acknowledgement of that.
Third: Initial Trailer Evaluation
Evaluation of the unit itself, disclosing any details that should be shared. Very helpful for all parties involved.
Required for any units 15+ years of age.
