Ways to Stay

Seasonal Sites

Our seasonal guests are welcome to spend the whole season at our resorts and become tight knit communities who love spending time at their outdoor getaways. We offer a wide variety of sites for RV’s and trailers. The type of service hookup will vary by site and includes hydro and water, and either sewer, or septic pump out. Unlimited access to the site means arriving at any time and knowing that everything is ready to go without the hassle of setting up and down. Our seasonal guests have full access to all the resort amenities and enjoy spending their time at the pool or beach, and taking part in one of a number of fun activities.
Extended Season

Our extended seasonal guests have year-round access to their park model cottage at our resorts. We offer a number of beautiful, customizable options from General Coach to put on one of our extended seasonal sites. The type of service hookup will vary by site, but does feature includes hydro and water, and septic hook-ups. These sites can be personalized with decks, patio furniture, fire pits, and gardens, transforming them into your own private oasis. Our guests enjoy access to various park amenities and social events, fostering a sense of community and friendship. Extend your stay with Roots and start creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Campsites

Is there anything better than going to sleep under the stars surrounded by sounds of nature? Bring your tent or trailer and camping gear and set up camp at one of our beautiful sites. Our resorts offer a diverse range of scenery, from grassy and sunny sites, to deep in the shade of the forest. We have both serviced and unserviced campsites, although availability will vary by resort. We also provide picnic tables and fire pits on site, so you can experience the simple pleasures of traditional camping. All our campers have full access to the resort amenities and will find everything you need for an enjoyable outdoor vacation.
Cottages

Experience the perfect cottage getaway in our fantastic vacation rentals, great for families, couples and friends. We offer multi-room family cottages and tiny-home cottages for two. Our cottages are fully furnished and beautifully decorated and are perfect for spending quality time with your favorite people. The kitchens are stocked with all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meal. Washrooms include a shower or bathtub where you can relax at the end of the day. The outdoor space will include Muskoka chairs by a fire pit, and may also have a deck, BBQ and outdoor dining table. Our cottage guests are welcome to use all the resort amenities and there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy.
Cabins

Stay in one of our cozy cabins for a rustic yet comfortable stay. The cabins have one or two beds and can sleep two or four people (depending on the model). Each cabin includes a BBQ or camp stove to help you cook your favorite camping meal. The cabins do not have washrooms or running water; our guests can use the comfort station facilities within the resort. Your cabin includes a bed(s), a small table with chairs, 2 Muskoka chairs, a fire pit, and a picnic table. Our cabins are the perfect place to lay your head at night after you spend a full day outside enjoying all the outdoor activities.

Formerly known as Roots RV Resorts, our company has grown over more than 30 years into a collection of nearly 20 beautiful RV resorts across Ontario. While our name has changed, everything that makes our resorts feel like home remains the same — the same family ownership, the same team, the same values, and the same commitment to creating exceptional outdoor experiences for families, seasonal campers, and travellers alike.

The name Daiva means “fate” or “destiny,” reflecting the belief that some paths are guided by forces greater than what we can see — shaped by purpose, intention, and connection. It honours our family’s journey, which began over three decades ago when we purchased our first RV park, lived and worked on-site, and built lasting relationships with the families we welcomed into our community.

Headquartered in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Daiva RV Resorts now operates a diverse portfolio of resorts located in some of the province’s most picturesque settings — along lakes, rivers, forests, and coastal landscapes. Our resorts offer a range of experiences, from short-term camping and vacation stays to seasonal and extended seasonal RV living, all designed to foster a sense of belonging, relaxation, and adventure.
