Fall Camping= Fave!
Let's be honest: is there ever a bad time for a campfire?
But there's something extra cozy about sitting around a fire when the evening air is cool.
Grab a blanket, put on a sweater, roast some marshmallows and settle in for a long evening around the fire. Fall is made for campfires.
Summer heat can sometimes make a long hike feel like a workout. Fall's cooler temperatures make it much easier to get outside and explore.
Go for a family bike ride, take a walk through the trails, explore the campground or simply wander around and see what you can find.
And for kids, cooler weather means they can run, play and explore without overheating.
Fall camping mornings are pretty hard to beat.
Imagine waking up, putting on your favourite sweater, grabbing a hot coffee and sitting outside while the campground slowly wakes up around you.
No rushing. No alarm clocks. Just a quiet morning surrounded by trees.
And There's Still Plenty to Do
Fall doesn't mean the fun stops!
It's a great time for family games, pumpkin carving, nature walks, baking, crafts, bike rides, and gathering around the campfire. And, of course, there's something pretty special about camping during Halloween season.
It's the perfect excuse to get creative and make some new campground traditions.
A Different Kind of Camping
Summer camping can be busy, energetic and full of activity and we love that.
But fall camping is different.
It's slower.
It's quieter.
It's cozy.
It's about spending time together without feeling like you have to fill every minute.
So if you've been thinking about packing up the trailer for one more weekend, don't put it away just yet.
Grab the blankets, sweaters and marshmallows and come enjoy the campground in a whole new season.
